Refund policy

At Crayons to Curiosity, all products are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.

Please note:

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under normal circumstances.

All sales are final.

However, a return will only be accepted if:

• The product is received in a damaged condition, and

• You notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and

• You provide clear photos and an unboxing video as proof of damage.

If approved after verification, we will offer either:

• A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

• Store credit at our discretion.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.
